On the road again...

Aloha, friends---

Yes, I'm on the road again. Sigh. My husband and I are driving our son down to Los Angeles and flying home on Monday. Yes, that's right. A family road trip. :)

I'll check back in on my return. Until then, to all of you, keep reading and in the words of the Governator: I'll be back...

Hi Kristin,
I went to Hawaii on vacation many years ago; it is truly a magical and beautiful place.

You are a wonderful writer. I bought you latest book; I can't wait to start it.

Firefly Lane is one of the loveliest books I have ever read--thank you for writing it. I can relate to so much of it that it seems like yesterday that I also lived some of those experiences, sang those songs, smoked those smokes and had that best friend forever. I hope you have more stories like that for us in the future. I also grew up in Washington State, spent time on Bainbridge Island and remember Pikes Place Market, Pioneer Square , Ivars and the Waterfront as just the best place to go with your friends.

Hey Kristin, I see that your having a hard time with posting your pics. This should help, after scanning or downloading your pic you need to rotate it until you see it correctly. You should be able to do this using whatever software program is used with your digtal camera. After you rotate it save it, then it should appear normally.
I finally got my books i was waiting on, i'm in the middle of Waiting For the Moon.
So I was wondering if you ever head out here to Maine? I hope so, i would love to get a book signed.
Welcome Home (a little late i know) and Happy Blogging!

Thanks so much to all of you for those kind comments about the books. It sure seems that Hawaii strikes a chord with people, doesn't it? So many of the people I meet either want to go there or harbor fond memories of past trips. Perhaps its time for me to set a book in my beloved islands...

And thanks to Misty blue for the photo recommendations. I'll try again, I promise!
aloha,
k
