Congrats to the winners. Since I don't live in the US, I wasn't eligible anyways, but I guess I was still hoping anyways. You never know if they might bend the rules a little bit, just for my sake, right? ;)

Anyways... time for me to find some online store to order it from. I don't care if it costs a few euros (dollars) more here or there, I just want it FAST! Gonna have fun checking out all the possibilities tomorrow. But first: get some sleep! Can you believe I actually stayed up this late (2:30 AM) to see who the winners are? I need a life! ;)

KristIn, sorry for the spelling mistake on my last couple of blogs. My niece, KristEn, had a birthday last week and after helping with invites and details for the party, I had the "e" on the brain. I have to really focus on it with her name, because the only other Kristin I've ever personally known, spelled her name the same as yours.

Sorry, it was a slip! =)

I'm so sorry it was a "national" contest. Honestly, that was a little slip that made it past me. I don't think I can have all the contests be international, but for you and Sharon and my other distant friends, I'll make sure that the big "new book" contests are open to people everywhere.

You know how important you all are to me.

No biggy. You can just admit you wanted to save on the stamps. ;)

All jokes aside, though: I just ordered the book today, so that I can start reading it asap. Ordered two Barbara Delinsky books with it too.

If I continue to buy at this rate, I don't think I'll have a time when I don't have any unread books around the house until the year 2040 or so. Maybe I should stay away from book fairs and stores for a while. And somebody should hide my credit card, cause ordering online is even easier.

And of course I'm gonna need another copy of "True Colors" for my friend in Canada. And two more copies when there's a Dutch version available. If I go broke over being a Kristin Hannah fan, maybe I can just say "it's not my fault - it all started when I couldn't win the contest because I don't live in the US!" ;)

I'm SOOOO excited I think I just started breathing normally again!!! Who Who Who is the other firefly that won!! I guess dreams do come true hahaha!!!

I'd been out of the loop because of sickness and everything, so I didn't even know I was a winner until I got the book in the mail, and I was thinking, "Kimberly Fisk, I know her right? And then all of a sudden it just came to me. Lucky I have screaming down to a silent science :)

I stayed up reading and got chills!!

Thank you Kristin and Kim so much!!!

Sweet DREAMS, everyone!
